In 2011 in the vicinity of Byala a very well-preserved kiln for bricks was discovered. There is a protective construction around the kiln which allows free visits by tourists. The kiln was for antique bricks which most likely were used for the construction of buildings in the fortress on cape St. Atanas. back

Day 2

  • 17:00 • Free time   18:00 • Celebrating the Festival of Byala (5th of September) and visiting the Municipal Cultural Institute - the Archaeological Museum in Byala

The Eco-complex is located in the forest of the village of Grozdyovo. Its construction was inspired by Bulgarian history and the wisdom of the generations. The visitors have the opportunity to get in touch with the magic of the beautiful forest and the palette of Bulgarian culinary miracles. back

The sandy dunes, declared in 1976 for a nature phenomenon, are 5 in number and spread in an area of about 10 hectares. They are in the land of Nessebar, to the south of the town. They possess very little joining substances and this makes the whole eco-system a very fragile one which is easily damaged and destroyed. back

  • 15:00 • Visit to the Archaeological museum, sightseeing in the Old City along the itinerary of the "Spiritual Road", viewing the miraculous icon "Holy Virgin" in Nessebar

It is located north of the village of Golitsa. Its territory is covered by spacious natural forests of oak and beech trees. The forest in the reserve is entirely protected from human intervention. back
