Every year in mid-January Kosharitsa hosts the Feast of the Home-made Sausage. The people of Kosharitsa as well as many from the neighbouring villages take part in the feast. On this day every producer of home-made delicacies has the opportunity to exhibit their sausages and a special jury elects the winner. The guests to the feast may treat themselves to freshly roasted sausage and a glass of wine. back

The museum was founded by the beekeeper Kiril Kirilov who also is looking after it. The museum traces the history of beekeeping, shows a variety of tools of the trade. One can buy home-made honey here. back
